The location was excellent - right in the old town and close to all the fun shops and eateries. After a day or two of getting our bearings, we were able to navigate easily around the maze of cobblestone streets and discovered that we were just about 5 minutes from everything - St Euphemia on the hill, the marina, the bakeries, the market. We loved being able to explore the old town and its charming eateries. We would recommend Mlinar (a bakery), Augusto Coffee, The Fish House (excellent fish tacos and calamari - and they have terrace seating), Al Dente Riviera (wonderful pasta and tiramisu) and the gelato at Ombra and Gelateria Italia.
The apartment itself was charming, beautiful and comfortable. It has 4 storeys, with the entryway accessible by first climbing a flight of narrow stairs. Once in, the first floor is the kitchen, dining room and bathroom/shower with washing machine. The second floor is a living area that has a sofa bed and fireplace, which became our first bedroom. The third floor has a queen/full bed and a shower/bathroom. The shower door is clear, so bear that in mind when sharing the apartment with others. The fourth floor is a cosy loft with a twin bed, with a door that opens to the rooftop terrace with table and chairs. The view - partial view of the sea - is lovely, and we enjoyed spending time here in the mornings.
The host was very gracious and helpful and checking in was easy, even though we arrived late in the evening. Entry was by a code to open a key box at the front door. Wifi is free and works well. We arrived by car, and were provided free parking about 10- 15 mins away outside the Old Town, then transported with our luggage via golf cart for an additional fee ($15 euros each way) to and from the apartment.
We loved our time in Rovinj, and in Casa Flores in particular, and would someday love to return. Impt note: there are two Casa Flores apartments in the Old Town; this one is listed as Deluxe Apartment With Sea View.

L'appartement Casa Flores est très bien situé dans le centre historique piéton de Rovinj. Il y a la possibilité de réserver une place gratuitement dans un parking à proximité, le transfert est en revanche payant (15€ pour se rendre du parking à l'appartement), très pratique si on est chargé. L'intérieur de l'appartement est agréable, la climatisation est un vrai plus car il peut faire très chaud. Les hôtes sont disponibles pour répondre à vos questions.
Un peu cher, mais nous y étions au mois d'août...

Det lå i indre centrum af Rovinj den gamle bydel. Turister stoppede for at tage billeder af lejligheden… så særlig var den. Og det gjalt også indvendig
Skal jeg komme på noget må det være en parasol til terrassen manglede og et større bord.

Központi elhelyezkedés, de csendes. Parthoz, üzletekhez nagyon közel. Csodás kilátás! Mindennel felszerelt ház. A közeli tengerpart nagyon mély, ami kifejezetten jó volt, lehetett ugrani a vízbe a sziklákról, Monteplaza beach. A lakásban nincsenek ajtók, de minket nem zavart. A legfelső emeletre 48 lépcsőfok visz fel.Mesebeli! Közelben egy szuper hentesüzlet- kiváló steakekkel- és a helyi piac.
