The gated community of Burnt Store Marina is located 10 nautical miles from the Gulf of Mexico and the famous Boca Grande Pass. This inviting 7th-floor condo is ideal for a small family or 2 couples traveling together. Burnt Store Marina is a gated community that boasts beautiful lush landscaping and surrounds the outstanding Charlotte Harbor. You will look forward to walking/biking along the marina in the morning, all while you watch manatees and fish jump in the serene waters. You can occasionally catch a dolphin or two swimming in the marina. In addition, the screened lanai is the perfect spot for relaxing any time of the day while enjoying the ocean breeze. The condo is tastefully furnished with light and bright decor. You'll find all the essential amenities of home as well, such as air conditioning and an in-unit full-size washer/dryer for your convenience. The Master bedroom has king size bed and a walk-in shower. 2nd bedroom contains a queen-size bed and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. NO BATHTUB available. Wi-Fi and Smart TV with cable are provided. You can prepare your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the necessary appliances and cooking utensils. The walk to the Burnt Store Marina Country Club is 19 min at 1 mile. There is also a 1-mile walk along the North Basin Marina to Platinum Point Yacht Club. The Trading Post located next to the restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, coffee, sandwiches, pizza, deli meats, cheese, ice cream, beer, wine & basic necessities. Kayak and boat rentals are available in the marina and surrounding areas. Of course, there are many other wonderful restaurants just minutes away in the beautiful downtown area of Punta Gorda as well. It is a 1-hour drive to Sarasota or Naples. The location was excellent, mid way between Punta Gorda and Cape Coral. The property exceeded our expectations, the unit, the view over the marina and open waters at a distance. Beautiful sunsets. With several dining areas on the property, you really do not have to leave the property. I would definitely return to this property and recommend it highly to others. Thank you for the wonderful accommodations.

The lock on the door was a little difficult to manage but once inside it was clean and comfortable and supplied with amenities!! Loved our stay here and will try to stay here again.

This condo is everything as described, immaculate, well stocked for everything that you need, beautiful views of the marina and nicely remodeled and decorated. We loved sitting out on the patio and watching the boats in the harbor and enjoyed the peace and quiet. We will be back for sure!
