Close to the center, cozy, clean.
The hotel works with the parking of the central station and as we didn't know that beforehand we paid a bit more as we used the parking at the back of the hotel.

Breakfast was excellent. Car parking across the street was very handy and safe. Staff helpful and attentive. Room was larger than expected.
Sofa bed was a little too narrow for a teenager but otherwise all was OK

New, clean hotel next to the train station and in a walking distance to the city center. There are some homeless people next to the train station and on the neighbor streets, but this is a thing the local government should fix.
The unprofessional staff. During check-in we asked for a parking and were forwarded to the one across the road, which was presented to us as a parking for the hotel guests. There was no any word that it is a paid parking. Upon check out we were requested to pay for the parking and were told that anyway we had no other choice, as all the parking places nearby are paid.
Moreover, the housekeeping manager, Amina, uses curse words when talking about the guests with cleaning ladies, thinking that nobody can hear or understand her language.
