Brilliant location, secure parking and 3 bedrooms
Lovely and clean but very highly scented bed linen (scent balls?) which was rhinitis & asthma trigger for me. Kitchen layout wasn’t great temperamental hob (one ring goes off if both pans are on) and very firm beds. No instructions about the recycling so had to guess - and worried I’d guessed wrong.

The Location is great near the beach and not far from the shops and restaurants
The parking space is well marked and off the road
The flat itself has all the essential's you need for a stay (washing machine, cooking essentials)
Beach toys available for kids
The flat itself sleeps 6 we were a party of 3 and felt that it might be small if you had 6 people in the kitchen/ living room
The hob has 2 rings - but functional for cooking breakfast
We enter the property from the bedroom next to the car park space which made the layout feel a bit odd at first
Some dust in the wardrobe that had been missed on the clean

The location of this property was fantastic and the parking space was really handy. Swanage was a lovely place to visit with the family.
I found the mattress a little bit uncomfortable.
