This adorable 1 bedroom pet friendly condo its under new ownership and new management.
Newly updated, new floors, new smart TVs 55” & 70”, new king bed and mattress, new stove, new microwave, new washer & dryer, new refrigerator. Very Spacious bedroom with king bed, condo sleeps 4, only two minutes' walk from the beginning of our private, gated access to the sugar-white sand and the emerald waters of the Gulf. This is a Family- oriented complex with pool and tennis courts and no charge for amenities. Spacious living room with daybed/trundle, dining area, outdoor eating table,
kitchen fully equipped and an outdoor patio in this first-floor condo.
Washer provided as well as fully equipped kitchen with cookware and dishes.
Free Wi-Fi, Smart TV’s.
Pet friendly condo rules: we accept 2 dogs under 50lbs - Pet fee is $100 per dog, per stay. Dogs over 50lbs $150 fee. The no disclosure of the guest pet can have the pet removed by the local kennel on the owner expenses. Documented SERVICE DOGS with ADA certification its free to stay.
Free parking with parking permits for the guests.
Guests' dogs are NOT allowed on the beach under any circumstances.
Private Gated beach.
Tennis Courts available for the guests on the premises.
Outdoor pool is heated from nov-feb.
2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella available outside the unit next to the front door for the guests and also beach towels. We don't provide "beach service" available for the guests on the beach to rent on their own expense.

Great location, clean beautiful property, fully equipped, a minute walk to an amazing beach, clean and quit neighborhood, wonderful , helpful, very responsive host, pleasure to work with. Highly recommend the condo and location. We will be coming back!

We are a family of four, two adults and two young kids. This place was perfect! Everything was clean- there were charging ports all over the condo, and the owner was delightful to work with. He checked in to make sure everything was ok. We were a short walk from a private beach, and just yards from the pool, which was perfect for our boys. 100% will return. Perfect condo for 1-4 people, and perfect space if you bring your dog! (We didn’t since it’s such a long drive from our house). Grateful for a great place to stay for our family vacation this year. Highly recommend!

Overall we had a great visit. Beach was clean and quite for spring break season. Check in was easy. The area around the property could use some outside maintenance and updating but over all pretty clean for a area that welcomes dogs. The condo itself had excellent appliances. Fastest drier I’ve ever used. Although the bed was not very comfortable. The place could use a deep clean (vents/tile/baseboards). But overall it was okay. Last night we were there we had neighbors move in upstairs and could hear every foot step. Would be very annoying if hearing that during the whole stay. Neighborhoods surrounding property were pretty quite. Pool was clean and not very busy. Adequate lighting for walking a dog at night but no designated walking area. Multiple doggie bag disposal bins around property, that supplies disposal bags.
