Lovely place but just filthy

It was a beautiful location. And it was a lovely place

I had to spend my first day cleaning the property , the skirting boards were digusting, some cutlery still had food on them, the extractor fan in the shower was absolutely covered in dirt and cobwebs. There was cobwebs everywhere ie doors, windows, ceilings, behind the bedside cabinets in every corner. I have photographic proof of all of the problems. The bin in the bathroom had human feaces on it.

Compact and not the best location

Good kitchen facilities and good shower.

Car park space for Egret was the furthest it could possibly be. Although it looked clean on closer inspection it wasn't. Some door handles in the kitchenette were sticky. Some mugs needed cleaning. Outside area poor and only view was other apartments.
