Staff was very friendly and polite. The room was clean as well as the lobby.
I found the bed to be a bit uncomfortable. Also, at times, there was quite a bit of noise from the room above us. The walls seemed rather thin because we could hear the people in the room beside us.

The hotel is immaculately clean and in a great location to walk to the historic downtown district. Desiree was wonderful! She wears all the hats from maintenance to front desk and does her job with excellence, joy, and professionalism.
The hotel is exactly as advertised so there are no surprises, unfortunately the beds are just not very comfortable.

Very close to where I needed to be.
The walls are so thin. The people next to our room was slamming doors and using the microwave and talking 3am in the morning and we could hear everything.
