Location was perfect, right in the centre but quiet as well.
We had issues with the lock box to get the keys from. The initial 4-digit code I was given was wrong and the Cottage letting agency was very difficult to contact. BEWARE they close at 5.30pm! It was a stressful start to the holiday especially after travelling all day. OIther than that though IT was fantastic.

The location was absolutely perfect and ideal for exploring Conwy. The property was beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained, with comfortable beds and clear, easy-to-follow instructions for check-in, great recommendations for local pubs, dining sightseeing etc., the lockbox, and keys. We also loved the warm welcome touches — wine, biscuits, crisps, and a lovely handwritten note — which made the stay feel extra special.
Communication prior to arrival could have been better. We had requested in advance for the beds in one room to be joined together, but this wasn’t done on arrival. It was a minor issue and didn’t impact the overall stay, but more personalised and responsive communication would have been appreciated.

Location, lovely neighbors
Needs a deep clean. Was disappointed that the pictures don’t match the condition of the unit. Much damp and mildew - even the shower heads had mildew. Windows, deck, corners needed cleaning. Faucets are loose/coming off the sinks. Overall care and attention needed.
