I don’t normally leave reviews because I always end up forgetting but I couldn’t not with this property. This is the first time in a long time that we was guttered to go home! We spent 5 nights here and it wasn’t enough.
The views were amazing, the facilities were brilliant you had everything you needed, I even cooked a roast dinner during our stay. The owners were brilliant and made it clear that if we needed anything they would help with whatever.
The site is so quiet, so peaceful and the perfect place for us being a young couple with dogs. Our pups loved it!
Such a hidden gem we will be back really soon!

Lovely picturesque, quiet location to use as a base to explore the surrounding area. There are some great walks and beautiful little towns to visit.
The lodge had absolutely everything you could need, Gaby really has thought of everything. It’s the small touches that really made us feel comfortable and at home. The beds were so comfortable and it’s so nice to find a lodge that the shower was so nice and hot! The lodge was clean and cosy and everything worked perfectly. We loved the little extras like the board games and blankets and plenty of soft towels. And to top it all, the views were absolutely beautiful!
Gaby is a fantastic host and was great with messaging us.
We would definitely love to stay here again!
