The guesthouse was a true guesthouse in terms of it being a home converted for people to stay overnight in the rooms. There is a shared living room and kitchen, as well as the bathrooms and showers, with individuals/couples booking any given bedroom for themselves, of which there were 8 or more. Oftentimes these kinds of accommodations can feel dirty or claustrophobic, but that wasn't the case here at all. The house was clean, recently updated with modern conveniences, airy, and well-organized. The ratio between the number of guests, and the size of the common-spaces was perfectly adequate to generate pleasant interactions and create a home-y feel. I really enjoyed my stay here.
The walls were a little thin and sound carries through the house in a big way. If you are trying to go to bed a little earlier than the other guests, or arriving late, noise can be an issue. Also the wi-fi didn't really reach my room upstairs, which was slightly inconvenient at times. I simply had to go downstairs to the living room or dining room to use the internet.

The property is very clean and neat , the owner is very nice and and answer question very quickly
Me and our friend another couple booked a 4 people roomI I didn’t expect the room is open for four people, they don’t have any separate like divider, that’s the only thing I wasn’t paying attention before I book it , other than that everything is perfect

Proximity to the airport and the sites to the south coast were good.
This area is still recovering from the eruption from 2024. There are no services, restaurants, or grocers in the area. Even the internet is spotty. The host is trying their best to keep the business going despite the ghost town. On a side note, the beds were very hard. The room has transparent curtains and the street lights made it challenging to sleep.
