Other Things to Note: *The 3% credit card processing fee for VRBO booking payments can not be refunded in case of cancellations. * No additional taxes or resort fees * Signature will place a temporary hold on your card for $100-$300 at check in for incidentals. It will be released back to you after check out. * The cleaning company cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. However, you can leave your luggage at the front desk either before or after your stay. * Cleanings before check-in and after check-out are covered by the cleaning fee. Daily housekeeping is not included, but is available on demand for a price. * The entire building is strictly smoke-free including any balconies. * We have a Nevada State Business License and pay all applicable fees and taxes. * You or someone in your party must be 21 years or older to rent this property Interaction with Guests: The check-in and check-out is similar to a hotel. The front desk is available 24/7 for any maintenance emergencies. Pretty much any other issue should be addressed by sending a message to the host. The front desk will require a credit or debit card at check-in, but it's only for incidentals (spa packages, restaurant, bar, room service) or damage to the property. If you use a debit card for incidentals, the front desk will place a $100-$300 hold on the card during your stay. This will be released after you check out. At least one person in your group must be 21 years of age or older in order to reserve the room. Bring your own toilet paper! Very strong weed and cigarette smoke in room continually. Not good for people with allergies. Bed needed replacing. Check room before check in!

It was a great week and a wonderful place to stay. The host was informative and provided all the information we needed. Only VERY MINOR things we would like to see; a few more cooking amenities (pots/pans) and coffee k-cup refills (only four for a week?). Room, bed, jet tub, shower, view, pools, lazy river and location- all EXCELLENT.

We liked being close to the strip, but in a quiet place. The room & bathroom are large. Also liked having the kitchenette for coffee & light breakfast and snacks in the room. The pool is beautiful! It conveniently connects with MGM with an indoor walkway. Enjoyed our stay!

The suite was perfect for what we needed, very spacious and excellent location. It's great that you don't have resort fees to pay and have access to all MGM Grand pools.

1. The floor was not vacuumed well and dirty 2. More towels should be available for extended stays 3. When calling for replacements, was not given full size bath towels 4. For 7 days would have liked at least one day of cleaning. 5. Hot water was not always available in shower 6. Not enough toilet tissue for 7 days. Had to ask for another roll, 7. Cleaning crew responded after the first day but very inconvenient to rely on them rather than hotel. 8. This property does not have a balcony but other rooms did I would never do this again at a hotel. Would rather deal with hotel staff where I could get daily service rather than an outside service.

We arrived for a jewelry convention at the MGM. This was a great walk we never had to leave the hotel not once for the week; everything we needed was there. Place was nice clean and we will definitely be booking again.

Having already stayed at this hotel, we already had an expectation; this room met those expectations. Very clean, very comfortable, very affordable, very accommodating. The host was most helpful, the check-in process was easy, extra of whatever you may have needed was easily accessible, and communication was quick and convenient. I would recommend this listing for anyone looking for a good size room with a relaxing bathroom that provides easy access to the strip, but also looking for a convenient location to move around The Strip traffic, via back streets if you have a vehicle.

It was an easy wall to the strip. The only negative was that the pool was only open on the weekend. If I had known I wouldn't have packed my bathing suit. For those driving, the major roads are under construction which made driving a noghtmare.

Really lovely suite, with a fab jacuzzi bath to sooth the aches of all that walking. Liked the small kitchen facility, fridge/microwave and coffee maker. So quiet and peaceful. Not far at all to the strip through MGM Casino which was very interesting. Overall a lovely stay and owner kept in touch.

We had an amazing time staying here. The location is very close to the centre of the strip and all the major resorts are nearby. The check-in process was easy and the owner kept in contact with us throughout the trip. The MGM Monorail is nearby allowing you to access the northern end of the strip with ease. The view from the apartment is stunning, looking out over the strip.

We rented this space to attend a convention at the Las Vegas Convention Center and it was really easy to access the restaurants at MGM and the monorail. The room was very comfortable and spacious and we had a wonderful view of the strip. We really enjoyed the space and would rent it again!

The room is owned outside of the MGM Signature but that did not really impact our stay. The owner was VERY responsive to requests (we needed kitchen towels and coffee). The linens and bed were great, bathroom spacious and plenty of towels, and onsite amenities were top notch. I would definitely stay here again and recommend. Kudos to the owner for being so quick to respond to requests.

Stayed here for the weekend for a hockey game, location was great close to the strip but far enough away to be a short walk from too many people. Enjoyed our stay and the host was in constant communication. One of our easiest VRBO stays.

Great location right outside of MGM grand, it’s connected with an indoor walkway. Each tower of Signature has its own pool and you can also use all the pools at the grand. Valet parking was nice. Great view. Comfortable bed. Huge bathroom
