Relax beneath the trees while taking a load off in the hammock or gather around the chiminea for evening entertainment. The three-story interior comes well-appointed for in-home comfort. You'll find everything you need for family meal planning in the full kitchen, equipped with all the major appliances (including dishwasher), prep space, cookware, and utensils. There's breakfast bar seating for two and a high-top table set for four. Main floor and lower living areas each come furnished with smart TVs for flexible entertainment options. The lower level also features access to a covered patio area. Home essentials include central AC, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. A bedroom and shared, full bathroom are located on the main floor. The upstairs primary includes an en suite bathroom. The lower level also comes furnished with a Murphy bed for a third bedroom option. THINGS TO KNOW For an additional sleeping option, there’s a full sofabed in the living room. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting 'Yes' to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The $20 nightly fee will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Security camera details: Camera facing driveway. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. The place was great, wonderful seating outside and enough rooms to sleep. Places to sit for eating were not very spacious but doable for our family of 3. Air conditioning was very useful in the warmer weather. At the end of our three day stay, trash was overflowing though. Outside can was already full when we arrived and we generated enough for inside to be full too. A very nice stay and in walking distance of mountain views and great restaurants.

This house is in a great location, it was clean and the beds are incredibly comfortable! Something’s that need work, dishwasher and stove didn’t work well. The garbage was full when we got there on Saturday and wasn’t picked up til Wednesday, and there were no instructions about the garbage or the checkout procedure. When I tried to call about the garbage I got some gal far from White Salmon who could not find my reservation or the house…very frustrating. So, more info left at the house and a couple new appliances and this place is perfect!
