My wife, a dear friend from Denmark and I concluded our trip with staying at these beautiful accommodations conveniently located close to Salzburg yet far enough away to be located in a lovely village in Germany. On this 20-day trip, we stayed at some truly amazing places - a wonderful penthouse in Merino with the best views in the city, an incredible villa on the water at Lake Como, a chalet high in the mountain near Cortina and finally this great home in Saaldorf-Surheim. This was by far the far the most impeccable, roomiest and best equipped of all. Not only were the accommodations excellent with highly communicative hosts responding to every inquire timely, but they also provided excellent booklets with great information, including the superb bakery and grocer within a three-minute walk. We also had dinner one evening at an incredible vegetarian restaurant next to the bakery. We all expressed our desire to return to Bavaria to spend more time in the region and wouldn't think of staying anywhere else.

We had an amazing stay and visit in Saaldorf-Surheim/Salzburg. A short drive to city center, the property had wonderful amenities and fantastic attention to detail. So clean and modern - thank you for all the hospitality!
