The main positive aspect of this property is definitely the location. It is right in the centre of Rhodes Town, making it very convenient for exploring the city and reaching restaurants, shops and the main attractions on foot.
The owner was very kind and helpful, and I really appreciated that she allowed me to check in earlier than the standard check-in time. The bed was also comfortable and I had a good night's sleep.
The property unfortunately needs some renovation and general maintenance. Many parts of the apartment and furniture look quite old and heavily used. I also noticed a few very small ants moving around inside the apartment, which was not ideal.
The breakfast area is also separate from the apartment, located behind the building, so you need to walk outside to reach it. The breakfast area itself is very small and narrow. When it is busy, it becomes difficult to move around because the available space is extremely limited.

Katherina who was my link was great, she met me and was was there when I needed extra things. Very good staff. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable . Good shower.
The room was not what I had booked. I booked a more traditional room, this was a more modern one. This felt functional, lights in ceiling, nothing to soften. It was ground floor and the curtains were Lacey- so light came through- I could not get metal shutters to work, so anyone passing could see me in bed with the light on. A few ants in the kitchen, it’s Greece- it happens.
