Location is good, space of property is good for 2 families, that’s about it.
Was not very clean, killed one cockroach and found 1 already dead. The whole room just feels outdated and not well taken care of. The bathtub had a few cracks, metals parts in the house had some rust. Kitchen was supposed to have cooking stuff but no stove no induction no pots and pans. Plates and bowls were dirty and had to be re washed by ourselves. I mean, I know the property is not new but have some decency to keep it clean for the price we are paying. It’s not the most ex but it’s not cheap either. I’m not sure where did the decent ratings come about previously but I will definitely not stay here again.
