On the positive side, the swimming pool and bathtub were good, and the hotel is very convenient, within walking distance of Berjaya Times Square, shopping malls and many restaurants. The area is lively and happening, especially at night, although it can get quite crowded.
Unfortunately, we did not receive the room we originally booked. We were given a different room, and the staff kept informing us that the booked room was fully booked and asked us to cancel if we did not accept the alternative room.
We also requested two extra towels but were only provided with one. The room needs significant improvement in terms of cleaning and maintenance, as it looks quite old and worn.
For a better experience, we would suggest booking directly with the hotel rather than through a third-party platform.
