Self catered so cooked food we wanted. can't say more to this question.
No information at start of booking that you needed to pay extra to enter the restaurant not afterwards. Also the bed and bedding was of poor miss matched quality. sofa's poor condition and chairs were unstable with backs very loose. Two hair dryers but one dangerous as wiring exposed inside wiring sections.

The location was great. Pretty easy access to all facilities. Loved the park in general. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor and indoor pool (especially the hot tub!). The campus shop was excellent and had good stocks of food and general supplies. The restaurant had great service and the food was good. Didn't try the games room just not our thing.
A little disgruntled that the park pass was not included in the overall cost. I am a single pensioner and paid for myself and two granddaughters. Yes, we had a lovely girly time but I thought what I pad for the four nights would have been much more pleasurable had the park pass been included.

Good location - about 15mins walk to the beech. Own parking spot. Large caravan/lodge with spacious lounge.
One of the two toilets was broken so we couldn't use it. Notified the owner who promptly arrived to check it out. Nice guy, unfortunately, he couldn't fix it. We still had access to one of the toilets. The master bedroom TV didn't work either. The place was very dusty with lots of cob webs - it could do with a deep clean.

Whilst the Jungle lodge property was everything needed for a pleasant stay. The big draw back was the stench from the bed pillows. Mildrew/Musty, impossible to sleep on, so we had to purchase new pillows and cases.
If there was a smelly bed pillow contest the Jungle Lodge pillows would have won hands down.
