The establishment's location and its closeness to the beach were simply impeccable, especially for those who prioritize beach-side living. The distance was just right to allow for quick runs back to the house for refreshments or restrooms, without disrupting the immersion of beachside lounging. We found the neighborhood to be serene and secure, with the consistent presence of local law enforcement adding to our sense of safety, making our stay even more relaxed. When we weren't on the beach, we enjoyed the sounds of the waves from the porch - truly a calming experience. The house itself was adequately charming and catered well to our requirements. One minor area of improvement could be a touch of maintenance for the game/washroom, but given we spent a majority of our time outdoors, this was barely an issue. No shortage of food options in the area from fast food to fine dining the area has so much to offer. 100% will be back.

It was ok. The structure of the home was odd as there were a lot of random add-ons made over time to the property. Nonsensical entry & exit areas that were weird, etc. For the bad? The garage housed an attempt at creating some sort of gaming area that was a big miss. Better just to shut that whole garage down or truly invest in it. The area was so filthy and dirty I wanted to take a shower after being in there for 5 minutes. Some of the games were in bad shape & the washer/dryer I wouldn’t have touched even with gloves on. The decor was kinda from the 90’s and where money on upgrades was actually spent didn’t make sense, I.e., the master bathroom shower with multiple nobs and shower heads versus spending it on a decent washer/dryer, or fixing the stairs to the jetted tub, or addressing the fridge that had green ice cubes? The security cameras were plug & play, so they could just be unplugged right from the outdoor sockets to disarm. There was a stale mold-like oder throughout the house, but that is not uncommon in places so close to a beach. Now for the good? Functionally-wise, it works very well for a family, giving everyone there own spaces and plenty of room. THAT was great! The location was fantastic. Right down the street from the main road provided easy access to get to any and everywhere. Although you couldn’t really see the beach from the house, it was very close w/easy access to it & beach chairs were provided w/the house. Overall, it worked well for a family of 5.

Reviewer Comments: The house looks small outside, but lots of space inside, great location, close to a Main Street and close to a beach, 2 minutes walking distance, beautiful decor, fresh remodeling, very modern kitchen. Few important things to consider a landlord. Very dirty floors, never been mopped, walked once and could not wash my 👣 dirty feet, also there was a birds poop everywhere on floor, we discovered that birds living inside fireplace, and they have the place on they own when nobody’s around. Garage space where is the game room located is very clogged up and dirty, I would definitely hire a new cleaning crew! Also beds is very uncomfortable , had 3 sleepless nights on those broken mattresses in both master bedrooms, otherwise it was just a perfect vacation!

The location was great we were steps from the beach. We could hear the peaceful waves loud and clear. Everything was clean and convenient. There was lots of space with plenty amenities at our fingertips. The house had games and a pool table to keep the kids and adults entertained. I would definitely recommend this property to all my family and friends who will be in the area and need a great place to stay.

The property was nice! Had a musty order when we got there but bought so air fresheners and it was fine. The only complaint is it would have been nice to have some extra towels and blankets. Overall great place. We had 8 people and 1 guests one night. There was plenty of room. Short walk to beach. Convenient to all shops and restaurants.

I had an easy and quick check-in. The property was beautiful and I would love to stay there again.

This house is nice, even with a few strange layouts- the master bedroom bed is in the way of the closet and is next to impossible to get into. The bathroom for the room beside the garage is as hot as a sauna with no way to cool. It wasn’t clear that we would have to walk down a block and over to access the actual beach. The cleanliness of the house wasn’t acceptable so I recleaned it myself but they did refund some of my money for that and for the fact that we could not hear the ocean from our deck due to loud construction/music from Immediately next door. Overall, it is a nice house but needs to be clearly advertised as a walk to the beach, the hot bathroom needs air and most of all, a new cleaning service is needed. When I called, a pool tech was sent out to clean the hot tub quickly so I feel sure they would have cleaned also if I had asked, but I preferred to do it once all of our belongings were there- it is just awkward to have someone else clean around them.

The first night at the house was horrible my sister had to sleep in the car because she has a compromise immune system and my mother and I have asthma so we slept in the chair in the foyer it was a horrible smell of mold, sewer and moisture all throughout the property and my sister and I kept trying to find hotels because we couldn't stay there under those conditions and we were unable to find an available hotel after calling management the guy said he live too far away to come to assist us and for me to send him pictures and he would be there in the morning at 9 AM when he didn't show up I called the management company and within less than an hour they showed up to assess and clean the property was refunded me portion of my money and did everything that I could to make our state comfortable but there was lots of mold under the kitchen sink the back room off the porch had a bad old refrigerator smell the Jacuzzi have red cups in it and water came underneath for the garage into the room where they have the video games and there's a club across the street that plays loud music from Friday to Sunday and they were loud all night into girls were about to fight in front of the club the front sliding door doesn't lock we had tons of issues large hole in the fireplace you can see straight outside the location is awesome the management company was amazing they did everything that they could to try to make it comfortable for us they sent cleaners because the property wasn't properly cleaned they brought machines to clean the air but we had to wait till the morning but the next morning they came and tried two address as many issues as they could do it in and they refunded us a portion of our money but there is definitely something going on with this property because all that the management company came to assist us with the smell would not leave that property it came right back after all that they did so get it out of here and in the bedroom off the porch where the Jacuzzi is the wall has a bubble in it and it's sauce in the window seal is buckling the property looks as if it had renovations but the major issue was not a dress like where the mole in the moisture is coming from because it's a lot of it and I know that the property is near water but it should not be like this but kudos to the management company because they are awesome

Loud music and people coming to ask if we had any available rooms/if our bathroom could be used.

The bedroom/bathroom off the kitchen has an overwhelming smell of sewage and every rain made the smell 10x worse. We had to buy bleach for the drains and febreeze to stay in the room. Nobody ever came to fix that problem even turning the issue in. Same room had dirty clothes in the dresser from previous guest.

The bathroom off the kitchen faucet broke which led to a pool in the floor. Maintenance came to fix it and broke it even more to the point we couldn’t use that shower for 2 days till another maintenance guy came and finally fixed it.

The dishwasher was broke the entire visit and maintenance didn’t try to fix it until our last day leaving. We had already been there a week and was hand washing the whole time so we didn’t need it fixed the last day.

Two bedrooms have electrical problems, which including the lights/fan turning on and off randomly even with switch turned. The lights would also dim and brighten on their own continuously.
