Summary: This modern luxury condo located in the heart of Downtown Traverse City makes a fantastic home base for a great Northern Michigan visit! Stylishly appointed, this space boasts an expansive view, new modern fixtures, spacious bedrooms, and much more. You can’t beat this central location for restaurants, bars, and local shops just steps away. And a view of West Bay - just 2 blocks away! *ALL guests must be 25+ unless accompanied by a parent/guardian. *See Parking info below The Space: Open main living space with Large Screen TV, fully equipped kitchen with a drip coffee maker, 2 bedrooms - both with King Beds and large screen TVs. Primary suite has attached bathroom with 2 sinks, Walk-in Shower, and enormous walk-in closet. Laundry room with full capacity stacked washer/dryer. Private balcony. Full - Sleeper Sofa in the living room. This condo is 1,200 square feet in size. Guest Access: Guests will have access to a residents-only vestibule with an elevator and electronic lock for extra security. Common areas CCTV-monitored for added security. The Neighborhood: Please note: Noise Considerations: This is an urban property located on a high traffic road, which is great for easy access to local attractions, but some street/city noise should be expected. Earplugs and sound machines are provided Getting Around: You will have ONE free parking spot in a nearby parking garage. Other parking options include metered STREET PARKING and PARKING GARAGES. HARDY GARAGE – Location: 303 East State Street- with another entrance on Front Street. (this is the closest garage to your unit.) OLD TOWN GARAGE- Location-125 East Eighth Street (between Cass and Union Streets, which is one block to the west, and 5 blocks south.) Please be sure to follow any posted signage to avoid being towed or fined. EV charger: In the parking garages you can use the EV chargers located throughout. Other Things to Note: Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation. A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $69 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $600. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount. High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional fee. There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations. If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay. Please note, this listing is not pet friendly per HOA guidelines.

5 of us comfortably stayed in this gorgeous apartment. It was a tad hard to find at first, but worth looking with the location in the heart of downtown TC. Highly recommend and would work with the property managers any time. Quick to respond and very helpful.

This was by far the best VRBO experience I have had. From ease of check in and accuracy of information given, to the included amenities and cleanliness of the property, we were so impressed. It was very clear they thought of everything - there was a wagon we could use for convenient visits to the beach, a bottle of wine for us upon check in, ample towels and linens…it was phenomenal. The location of this property and proximity to all of our favorite places could not be beat. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

My husband, 15 year old son and I stayed at the property for 3 days. It was a perfect getaway! The condo is absolutely beautiful! The decor is adorable and felt very "beachy". We found everything to be super clean. I'm usually very stressed about the cleanliness or lack of when i stay away from home. We've had bad experiences in the past. But i was able to relax and feel very comfortable here. The cleaning crew is doing a great job! The view was perfect for some people watching and my son enjoyed sitting on the balcony playing his guitar. We were just a short walk from everything we love in downtown Traverse...shopping, restaurants, and the beach! It was very convenient to park the car in the parking lot and walk everywhere. My husband thought it was a little loud at night with street and alley noise, but that was a small price to pay for the great location. I wish we could have stayed longer as it was just a very peaceful visit!

Everything about our stay was great. Katy was very responsive and helpful. The condo was great; better than advertised, very clean and great location. One block from the beach, lots of restaurants and shops very accessible. Great place for the adults and our toddlers. Would definitely stay here again!

My husband, kids and I took a quick trip to Traverse City for Spring break. We found the cutest condo right downtown. I loved that you needed a code to get into the building! It was the perfect place for a family of 4. We all had our space and so many shops/restaurants within walking distance from the condo. Everything was clean and had everything we needed. The view was pretty great from the balcony!

It was sooo easy! Everything in walking distance ! The condo was immaculate and beautiful! The management team was super quick to respond to any questions, as well. Only thing that was rough was the early morning garbage trucks both mornings ... bring a white noise machine! But I will not hesitate to stay here again!

This property isn't just the perfect location, it is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Our party of 4 slept very well and Katy emailed throughout our stay to make sure we were taken care of.
