Exceptionally kind, polite, respectful, patient staff. I cannot praise them enough. I was at a different hotel for the first night of my trip that did not meet my expectations. This staff was kind enough to let me have a tour of their room and facilities before I even canceled the rest of my stay at the other hotel and booked with them. After switching they made my stay very pleasant and enjoyable. Fantastic swimming pool and satisfying breakfast too.

We initially stayed in another apartment and later moved to the three-bedroom apartment, and I honestly have no words to describe how incredible it was.
The apartment was absolutely spectacular: extremely spacious, beautifully equipped and perfect for our family. But the highlight was THE VIEW. The view over the lake was simply breathtaking. Waking up to that scenery was one of the most memorable moments of our entire trip to Vietnam.
And then there was the service. I already thought the service was excellent before we changed apartments, but during this second part of our stay it was truly exceptional. The staff went above and beyond for us. They were attentive, kind, professional and always ready to help. We genuinely felt cared for.
This is what five-star service should feel like.
We travelled through Vietnam and stayed in several properties, but nothing compared to this experience. The combination of the huge apartment, the comfort, the incredible lake view and especially the outstanding staff made this stay unforgettable.
If I return to Hanoi, I know exactly where I will stay. Five Star Westlake has set the standard incredibly high.
