Nie wieder

Das Apt. war geräumig und nett eingerichtet. Es war Alles vorhanden, was man im Haushalt benötigt. Die Schränke in der Küche waren sogar so voll, dass es keinen Schrank mehr gab, um Lebensmittel zu verstauen. Dafür aber eine sehr grosse Kühl- Gefrier- Kombination. Außerdem befindet sich am Apt. ein grosser Balkon mit 2 Liegen und ein Tisch mit 4 Stühlen.

Die Korrespondenz mit dem Immobilienbüro war nervig. Vom Buchungstag an erhielt ich täglich 3 Mails mit dem selben Inhalt. Da unsere Bank das Einzugsverfahren für die Miete nicht anerkennen wollte, haben wir den Betrag überwiesen. Trotzdem wurde ich noch mehrere Tage angeschrieben, dass noch ein Betrag aussteht. Sogar nachdem ich persönlich mit einer Mitarbeiterin im Büro alles geklärt hatte, bekam ich noch Aufforderungen zu zahlen. Leider wurde uns auch nicht mitgeteilt, dass sich in der Nähe des Apt. eine Grossbaustelle befindet. Die Arbeiten dort gingen von 08.00 Uhr bis 20.00 Uhr, ausser Sonntags. Die Betten im Apt. waren sehr unbequem.
