Great place and facilities, you need to be fit to make the walk to the beach and back

Size, cleanliness, balconies

The very steep walk to and from the beach

Perfectly spacious and clean apartment

Perfect for a short stay. Keys in a lockbox so easy to collect. Spacious apartment with balconies and a nice shared pool. Very clean on arrival and towels provided. Short walk downhill to beach. Would stay again!!

The balcony doors didn’t lock which we reported to the contact given but we were told the hosts knew. We would have felt more comfortable if we could lock the doors. The room also smelled a bit like feet at times which we eventually figured out was the air conditioning. According to my Google search a common problem so probably easily fixed

Very nice and affordable

Very clean updated and spacious!

Gave me a handicap room randomly. Not able to book another night in my room when i was there due to capacity

It’s was just ok, front desk manager Jennifer was rude and unwelcoming.

We loved the costumer service that Iris and Dawn gave us at the front desk. They treated us and accompanied us when needed and understood our concerns when it came to the room. Our room has blood stained sheets and they did everything to help us.

After we checked into another room for blood stained sheets, the new room also had blood stained sheets. Front desk staff changed to Dalila and Jennifer. Dalila was polite and asked Jennifer for help who was the manager, and Jennifer had a nasty attitude and refused to help us at all. All we asked for was a change in sheets, it took 2 days out of our 3 night stay to change the sheets.
