It is the perfect backdrop for any celebration. Be prepared to awe your family and friends. BEDROOMS: This home sleeps a maximum of 16 guests in 2 KING beds, 4 FULL beds, 1 FUTON SLEEPER sofa, and 2 SINGLE ROLLAWAY beds. There is an 82 ich TV in the first floor living space, and Smart TVs in each bedroom ranging from 32 inch to 65 inch. See bed count below: ✔ The "Penthouse" Suite: 1 King bed, 1 SINGLE rollaway bed ✔ Bedroom 2: 2 full beds bed, 1 SINGLE rollaway bed ✔ Bedroom 3: 1 King bed ✔ Bedroom 4: 2 full beds ✔ Living Room: 1 FUTON sleeper sofa * Additional beds CANNOT be provided AMENITIES: As a courtesy, LuxeStays Houston provides a "starter pack" of supplies for guests, including toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. This is to make our guests comfortable and also to relieve the stress of having to go to the store upon arrival to The Bloom House. Guests are still personally responsible for purchasing these items if the guests have depleted the "starter pack". PARKING: Maximum of cars that can park in the driveway are 2-4, depending on the size of the vehicle. There is limited street parking available, as the home is located on a residential street. Do not park in front of our neighbors home or risk being towed. If towed, you will be responsible for fees. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

I was looking for a fabulous place for my daughter’s college graduation weekend to host family & friends. This house was fantastic. It had the WOW effect when each guest arrived. The pictures don’t do it justice because it’s actually larger than it appears and the flow is perfect The owner, Michelle, didn’t cut any corners with the decor. She even gave thought to the cute dishes. Although the inside alone is great for entertaining the backyard adds a whole different layer for enjoyment. It’s a dream space. I was up front with all hosts that I attempted to book with because I wanted to respect their policy. I told them that we were a respectable group and that I wanted to host a small graduation dinner for family and a few of my daughter’s friends. Every NICE location that I found told me NO they couldn’t accommodate us. By the time I happened upon this house I was in tears. Michelle was a savior. Although she has multiple props she went above and beyond to accommodate us and it didn’t go unnoticed. Michelle is a 5 star host. Prior to arriving she responded to any questions that I had very quickly. She provided extremely detailed instructions which left room for no questions. After we arrived she gave us time to get settled in before reaching out to make sure that we were comfortable. I contacted her about a minor issue. She not only responded quickly with a solution she also provided a link to walk us through the explanation. The icing on the cake was the cute well thought out gift basket that we received on arrival. The best part of the entire experience was the huge hug and white rose my daughter gave me as we were checking out. Sge said mom this exceeded my expectations. Thanks AGAIN Michelle for hosting us at this BEAUTIFUL property. We will definitely be back.

My fiance and I reserved this listing for our joint bachelor/bachelorette weekend and it was perfect. We were greeted by a welcome basket with toiletries and other goodies. The space was so fun for photos and the backyard was beautiful. Highly recommend renting this space for a group trip!!

We had a great stay here for a group of 14 girls for a bachelorette party for 5 nights. The house is exactly how its pictured, its very spacious and many picture worthy spots, The details are great! The host is very responsive and provides so much detail prior to check in and checkout. The only downside would be the house is located in a neighbourhood where our uber drivers would tell us its not the best neighbourhood but we didnt have any issues during our stay and there is also a gate at the front of the house which is very easy to open/close. The house is very close to downtown and NRG stadium so everything was very accessible. The group would definitely stay here again!

We booked this beautiful place for the weekend. Everything was on point. The decor was modern and elegant. The hot tub was a bonus. All the rooms were beautifully decorated. The guest room was impeccable. I couldn’t ask for better and I’m so glad we booked here and would stay here again!

we had an amazing time at this house for a party. Our friends was soo into this house that they said they will reserve it one day. The backyard that gave us the most satisfying. Our host, Michelle, was friendly and helpful, also very fast communication, she answered right after we have any issue. I highly recommend for those who wants to host a small party or just simply want a nice pictures that has a modern and somehow royal vibe to impress with friends.

I booked property because I travel for work and didn’t want to host the holidays at my home. We pulled up to The Bloom House property and it looks like a Diamond in the middle of the community. Every design detail, inside and out, is absolutely gorgeous. Michelle allowed us to host our family function and it was comfortable for our seniors in the family. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare an excellent meal and the wine fridge was a plus. The house boasts 4 beautiful bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, which was comfortable and clean. We didn’t use backyard due to rain, but it’s beautifully designed as well. This place is a great find in my hometown, Houston, TX. We plan to book again!!!

I rented the property for my cousin's bachelorette. Everyone, including the bride was very impressed. I don't know how many times I heard, "Ooh, this is nice!" Not only was the house beautifully decorated, you could tell that details were really thought about. The touches of neon signs around the home added nice ambience as well. As far as location, everyone felt safe the entire time. Check-in and check-out was very easy. Thank you for a lovely stay, Michelle!

Our team was looking for a fun, welcoming, and clean location to have an offsite meeting. This house provided it all and the host was amazing to work with. The fun creative house décor had the team smiling from the moment they walked in the door. We utilized both inside and outside seating areas and felt comfortable the entire time. They really think about all the details for you to enjoy your stay.
