Everything needed. Older home, with some problems, but a good value and we enjoyed our stay. Heat was an issue when temps dropped into the 20s.

This is a cute 100 year old house near downtown. It is in walking distance of restaurants, shops, and more. The owner is very helpful and responsive. The house is cute and sturdy. The neighbors are nice and the post office is across the street. It is a very quiet neighborhood.

The property was in terrible condition. The swamp cooler was infested with BLACK MOLD. WE TURNED ON THE COOLER AND WERE IMMEDIATELY ABLE TO SMELL THE MOLD. An inspection revealed a lot of mold in the cooler. We immediately packed and left,. were there less than an hour. The place has a number of walking hazards. In my opinion this place is not suitable for habitation in its current state. We received a refund quickly from the owner but with considerable time and effort for the VRBO charge.. This was my first experience with VRBo and it will be my last.
