As soon as you enter the lobby, you can appreciate the calm atmosphere with relaxed music and beautiful artwork on display. The gym is well equipped and the pool is great too. Loved the option of room service with a wide variety of food available, plus there’s a coffee shop to enjoy in the morning. The shuttle to the airport was very handy. The mountain view room was incredible. For once, a room with a genuinely stunning view.

Fantastic hotel !
The rooms with Menorah view are famous. The breakfast is famous. Even if airport is at 500m, shuttle to airport is a nice free service.
Even the employees are very kind and smiling, with a special mention to Dhiva at lobby !
Swimming pool could be hotter for a perfect experience.

The shuttle service.
Cleanness.
We'd been here before and loved it but this time they sent us to the top floor facing the main street. Very, very noisy all night long plus there was live music in the bar above us until late at night.
We asked for a relocation to a quiet room just like the time before and they kindly set us right across the elevator, so we heard the 'ding' sound every 20 seconds beginning as early as 5.30am. Plus, the kind of beds weren't the one we should've gotten (we didn't complain not to bother again).
Impossible to rest this time.
