The huge space and breathtaking view.
The bedrooms do not have heating. Should have at least portable heater specially for cold weather.

Wonderful location. Great view, emus and kangaroos at the door, sensational bird life and wonderful to be 'off the grid' with low phone reception. House and kitchen has many of the things you'd need, but not everything.
House was... filthy. Really grubby. Spill marks on the floor all around the fridge, food and oils in some cooking utensils and dust just everywhere. So much dust on counters and tables. Old sauce on the kitchen table. Massive dust bunnies under beds. Dirt on bathroom floors and 'marks' inside toilet. It's rural, it's rustic, but it was also quite filthy. Had to clean for an hour on arrival. Left one day early. I'm fine with some dust and rustic accommodation, having stayed here before and also in the NPWS accommodation near Quorn. This time it was very unclean.
