The person who took us for the tour was a great guy Milton, he made everything very nice for us.
They waited for us up to really late for the food when we were coming back from one of the tours.
The shower was not good, not enough water came out of it.
My parents in law thought the bathroom was dangerous for them it was slippery and complicated to walk through.
I paid with card and they charged me 5% additional... I think that shouldn't be legal.
I think the tour is a bit expensive.

Very clean and hospitable. We had an issue getting back in time for our second reservation and I misunderstood booking. Come and didn't even have signal to inform them that we would be late. Being exhausted and having altitude sickness I was angry but the lady did everything in her power to help us and went out of her way to get some rooms ready and woke up at 5 am to make us breakfast before we left. I would highly recommend this location. Just make sure if you think you will be late you HAVE TO TELL THEM before 5 pm. Those are booking.com rules.

The room was beautiful and comfortable. Hot shower.
No restaurants or stores nearby. The hotel was on the edge of town so a twenty minute walk into town. Internet was essentially nonfunctional. Breakfast was sad. Rolls, slice cheese, bologna, honey dew.
