Cleanness, comfortability, everything worked, and not less important in this area: the inside temperature was very good, and they even had underfloor heating in my room!
Maybe to quiet in the reception. Wouldn’t be bad with someone at the bar. But this is a minor thing, according to me.

Very well located to get to from overnight bus arrivals. Very friendly staff who were accommodating. Underfloor heating was an absolute gem and unexpected. And the bed linens were the softest I’ve ever experienced at any hotel. Slept like a baby. We got placed in a different hotel on a later day by our tour operator which was 2 or 3 times the price, not to 2 or 3 times nicer. So it’s great value for money.
If you have a room facing the street it can be loud so bring some earplugs. It did feel a little ‘deserted’ but I think it’s because people are coming and going at different times for tours and buses.

Heated floor and hot shower
Poor water pressure is simply not acceptable , give how much I paid for my one night stay
Charge insane rate, I have to pay almost a double cuz I gave them Bolivian dollars. The staff said “official rate doesn’t work here”, but my friend stayed in another hotel and was charged the official rate only
