Everything was well maintained and comfortable. We had a huge room, enjoyed the breakfast and the jacuzzi. The location is really good, one can walk safely everywhere in the city centre. Having a tea and coffee station in the lobby is a real bonus in a cold place.
Whilst it is special that the hotel is mostly built from salt, this does not look clean everywhere. Also, the cushions in the lobby would benefit from being exchanged.

Good location, helpful staff, nice room, pretty salt sculptures, good breakfast, good heating, short walk to the main part of town

we had a relaxed stay, in a very big room with a big bathroom and great breakfast; we made use of the jacuzzi; the location is excellent, makes Uyuni very walkable; complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby
it would be easier if the bed cover was fully covered in a sheet; some of the fabrics in the public areas could do with updating; the gas smell was overpowering and a concern

"Excellent hotel; it is advertised as a 3 star hotel but in my opinion it is more of 4 stars then a 3 stars by western standard… the room Was very spacious and well decorated. Staff was professional."
