Excellent location--about midway between historic centre and bus/train station (5-6 minute walk each way). Host is an excellent communicator--instructions received with door codes the day before. The only thing I would add is that you have to pass through a metal gate (unlocked) next to Georgie restaurant to access the car park and building main entrance. The apartment is efficiently designed. People with mobility issues might not like the stairs up to the bed on a mezzanine. Kitchen is well equipped. Grocery stores are nearby. Bed is comfortable. Lots of storage under the stairs which we didn't use because we were only there for 2 nights.
We had a problem with the hot water which the host was not able to fix. Hopefully this was resolved for the next visitors. I recommend a couple of luggage racks because we had to put our packs on the floor. The blinds on the outside of the windows do not block out the light--I recommend some interior curtains for the bedroom windows.

Location, parking, lovely apartment, fully equipped.
The only thing missing is more hooks for clothes and towels.
