Good location, comfortable bed, good shower, nicely furnished.
It was a little squeezy, and the stairs leading down to the apartment were steep and quite narrow, a bit tricky with a heavy suitcase.

The location of the building is close to the Dragon Bridge.
The apartment is very small, in every respect. It would appear to be a converted cellar. The living room/kitchenette area is very small. The bathroom is tiny. The shower head is quite low and sticking out from the low ceiling, and looks like it is ready to fall out. The power point in the bathroom is broken and hanging out of the wall. We consider this to be dangerous. The staff advised that they will attend to the shower head and power point, but we don't know if they did or will do that. The internal stairs from the front door in/out of the unit and the stairs to/from the bed/loft do not have handrails and we consider this to be dangerous. The apartment is showing it's age, but was relatively clean. The kitchenette cupboard under the sink has an odd, damp/musky smell. There is no hanging space in the cupboards. There is a lack of soundproofing between apartments and you get a lot of noise from the apartments around and above you. We cannot recommend this accommodation. In comparison to the 13 previous apartments that we have stayed in over the last 4 weeks, that have a similar rating, we would rate this apartment a 5.
