Extrêmement déplaisant car décevant

Réactivité et amabilité de la conciergerie. Le logement : douche top ! Gratuité du parking, équipement maison complet, chambre spacieuse, propreté Le chant des oiseaux sur la cours coté parking. L'isolation de l'appartement (malgré la canicule aucune sensation de chaleur intense) L'exposition Sud ouest (lumière) de la baie vitrée

"Vue mer" est en fait le tableau d'une vue sur 2 rues agrémentée d'un poteau de parking rouge vif avec au loin un petit bout de mer. Mais il faut rester debout pour la voir. Et ça c'est quand des voitures ne se garent devant la baie vitrée (ce qui est le cas 5 heures par jour) La terrasse Sud-Ouest coté mer est en RDC sur rue, pour ne pas dire dans la rue car le trottoir qui sépare le muret de la terrasse et la rue est très petit. Cette terrasse est en plus encerclée entre les 3 entrées de parkings des immeubles jouxtant. Sur cet espace extérieur, il n'y a aucune tranquillité (bruit incessant des voitures) aucune intimité (piétons à 2 mètres). Il ne présente aucun intérêt si ce n'est le séchage du linge ce que nous avons fait puisque rien d'autres n'y était possible L'autre terrasse donne sur le parking de l'immeuble et est entouré de murs (aucun intérêt sauf l'ombre à certains moments de la journée et le chant des oiseaux). Certains équipements étaient désuets = obligé de racheter un séchoir car le fermoir s'est cassé d'usure. Idem pour un ustensile de cuisine en bois. Le cahier d'accueil trop long et finalement incomplet : le lancement du lave vaisselle fut une énigme résolue par la conciergerie, l'interrupteur de la hotte de cuisine a lui aussi fini par être découvert, la difficulté à ouvrir la porte vitrée (très dure), etc Compte tenu de la caution, on a passé notre temps à protéger les murs déjà un peu marqués, on a limité l'utilisation d'objets et on appréhendait même de s'assoir sur des sièges confortables mais déjà bien tachés. On a trouvé incongru l'"obligation" d'arroser les plantes dans le livret d'accueil. On s'est plié à la demande mais faut-il le rappeler, il existe beaucoup d'entreprises paysagistes dont c'est le métier et que nous nous étions censés être en vacances et pas au travail.

- l'équipement et la décoration du logement - la proximité avec l'océan - le parking sécurisé qui est un véritable plus pour cet hébergement - le calme de ce quartier de La Chaume

- peu de contact avec l'hébergeur mais celui-ci est resté disponible - le temps maussade, nous sommes bien au bord de l'Atlantique
