Nestled in Huntsville, this charming house for $457 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Experience Muskoka's charm at this luxurious 4 season contemporary Villa situated on a 223 ft deep wooded lot with Beautiful mature trees in a quiet family friendly neighborhood. A well equipped house that offers all the comforts of home minutes away from downtown Huntsville. Fast  access to many attractions, beaches, trails, lookouts, golfing ,ski resorts, winter activities and provincial parks. Great year round location-5 minutes walk to a beach, boat launch and trail. Launch your boat and explore the waterways that lead out to Lake Muskoka and many other lakes. Close to Provincial parks, ski hills, trails and ice skating. New: Starting January 2023 your stay will include a complimentary Provincial Park Season pass, which you can use to book your visit during your stay. Arrowhead Provincial Park is fun to visit in the winter as it's famous for a great ice skating trail cutting through the forest. Contemporary and cozy this 3 bedroom+den house is the perfect space to experience Muskoka. Enjoy preparing your favorite meals in our fully equipped and modern kitchen. Open concept  living and dining room are designed to provide the perfect layout to spend time together with friends and family while preparing your meals. Don't feel like cooking? Order a meal or take a 5 minute drive and enjoy downtown Huntsville and its great restaurants. The living room is where you can spend quality time together , enjoying some of the board games provided with your stay or just cuddle up by the fireplace. Movie night is always an option and Netflix is complimentary with your stay on our smart TV. The backyard is a great space to make memories and enjoy the outdoors.  Overlooking a beautiful wooded area and some iconic Muskoka shield granite rock, you could  roast marshmallows by the firepit or relax and soak the sun on the lovely deck furniture. Mosquito netting around the gazebo is provided for comfortable outdoor dining or gathering. Bbq with propane tank is provided. Some location highlights with activities nearby during all seasons: 2.5km from Downtown Huntsville Winter Attractions: Winter Attractions nearby: Visit Arrowhead Park (15 km away) with a 1.3km skating trail and an 8km snowshoeing trail. Hidden Valley ski resort 15 minutes drive with snowmobiling , ice fishing  ice climbing, and more. The property is located on a municipal road and is accessible year round. Spring and Summer attractions: Avery Beach Park walking distance. Boat Launch at Hunters Bay - only 2 minutes drive. Connects to Lake Vernon, Fairy Lake, and leads all the way to Lake Muskoka and the other iconic Muskoka lakes. The house is incredible, all the furniture and appliances work perfectly and seemed to be fairly new. Open spaces are beautifully decorated and everything mixes good together. Bathrooms are nice, big and spotless, totally book again!

My teammate and I stayed at this property for a race weekend. It easily accommodated eight of us. The sizable kitchen worked well for us. Alona was very responsive to our requests. We’d go back again.
