Make the Magnolia Suite your home base in Pensacola’s East Hill neighborhood. Designed for up to two guests, this king studio offers a private entrance and a comfortable place to unwind after exploring the city or spending the day at the beach.
The Suite is attached to the main house, which may be occupied during your stay. The yard is shared with Main House guests, while driveway parking is reserved for Suite guests for convenient access to the private entrance.
Inside, you’ll find a king bed, a couch, a Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, dishes, and silverware for simple meals and morning coffee. The bathroom features double vanities, and towels and bed linens are provided.
Free on-site parking makes coming and going convenient. Downtown Pensacola’s restaurants and shops are a short drive away, with Pensacola Beach within driving distance for a day by the water.
Pets are welcome with the applicable pet fee. Check-in begins at 4 p.m., and checkout is at 11 a.m., local time. Smoking and events are not permitted.

We were just passing through town for one night, and it was perfect for our short stay. Close to the beach and good restaurants and grocery stores within 10 miles. It was just what we needed.
