About this condo rental
Located in West Beach, this lovely condo for $240 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. The gorgeous private beach is just steps away from the front door and you will be just a short distance from the Hangout and all Gulf Shores has to offer. Located in Sun Chase condominium complex, this property has a very thoughtful beach decor vibe with all the essentials to make your beach vacation a great one! Though this is a small condo at 660 sq ft, the space is maximized to make you and your guests feel comfortable and luxurious during your stay. THE UNIT The balcony has amazing views of the gulf and is a great place to relax and enjoy the beach right outside the door with the lounger and Adirondack chair provided. Enjoy your morning coffee or even an evening cocktail on this balcony listening to the peaceful sounds of the waves. Since this is a low density complex, it feels very private and is a great way to view the sunrise/sunset. It features a cozy living room with a fold out sleeper sofa and direct views of the ocean. There is an updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Though this condo is very close to many great restaurants, the kitchen is fully stocked for a night of home cooking if you choose to do so. The bathroom has a gorgeous shower with new tile work and granite countertops with plenty of counter space. The master bedroom features a queen sized bed, closet space, and a built in shelf with a television. The second bedroom has a pair of twin beds perfect for the kids . Both bedrooms feature a window with a direct view of the beach. THE COMPLEX Feel free to enjoy the other amenities of the complex including the outdoor pool, hot tub, and shared grilling space. ** Please note: There is no elevator available in this complex. This unit is on the 3rd floor (1st level being parking) so there will be two flights of stairs to climb to enter the unit. PARKING Parking is on the first floor of the complex, directly below the units. Parking passes cost $30 per car (included in the VRBO fees) and there is only one spot available per unit. Additional cars will need to park one block away in a public lot (will send information upon booking). CLEANING/SUPPLIES Cleanliness is a priority for us, so you can enjoy your stayOur unit is cleaned well between every guest. Every linen is taken off site and laundered between stays (including comforters). Our cleaners will provide a small amount of each of these items: toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels. Any additional supplies will need to be purchased by the guest. PLEASE NOTE: This is a non smoking and no pet unit. There will be a $300 fine for smoking (plus additional damages) and a $150 fine for bringing a pet (and you will be asked to leave right away). Please do your best not to leave food out excessively during the stay as it can attract pests. If there is excessive trash/food left in the unit, we may need to charge an additional cleaning fee for our cleaners' very valuable time.

Me and my wife spent the week here on our honeymoon... Katie was very professional and responded quickly anytime I reached out..check in and check out was super easy. the property was very nice.. our condo was cleaned to the highest standard. It looks exactly how it does in the ad.... the parking slip for this unit is 5 ft from the beach... Doesn't get any better than that!! They had beach chairs and other things that were there for us to use! Quiet peaceful location walking distance from most places.. won't get a better view anywhere else..there is not one thing I would do to make my stay at this condo any better.. It was perfect and I will be a repeat customer

We came to Gulf Shores to relax, and we loved the hassle-free “beach life” with this unit. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The pool at the complex was warm which was nice for our October stay, and the convenient location was perfect. I appreciated the communication from the owner. AC was nice and coolVery nice! We will be back!

We had a great stay! We loved being able to walk straight onto the beach from the parking area, and it wasn’t too crowded. Parking for more than one vehicle was an issue (paid lots across the street do not allow overnight parking) but having the one designated parking spot was very convenient. Loved the view, outside sitting area for coffee in the morning, and our kids enjoyed the room with two beds. Would love to stay here again!

This condo was everything we expected and more! The entire condo was exactly as it looked in the photos. And the view from our condo was stunning! We would highly recommend. Also we had a few questions during our stay and the host was very punctual with responding. Couldn’t find anything to complain about if I tried.

My kids and I stayed here for three nights. The location was perfect, and the easy access to the beach was such a nice change compared to larger complexes that we’ve visited before. The beach wasn’t too crowded, with more of a relaxed family atmosphere. The condo was comfortable and super cute with plenty of space for us. I’ll definitely be staying here again!

This condo is in a perfect location! Our parking space was closest to the beach which made loading and unloading beach supplies a breeze. There are 2 flights of stairs to climb (no elevator) but it wasnt bad for us. Convenient store was a block away (grocery, liquor, souvenirs) and a really good ice cream shop! This is really nice because we could just walk there and not have to load back up in the car. Balcony had a great view. Bedrooms were on the smaller size and didnt have much of a dresser to keep your clothes but we just kept everything in our suitcase and it worked fine. Washer and dryer was a blessing since we had two small children and those beach towels needed to be washed often. All together this place was great and I highly recommend!

My only complaint is that our parking stall was right next to the sand wash station so we had to walk through water and sand every time we got in and out of our car but other than that the place was nice.

This was one of the best stays we have had! This property is truly beach front and has beautiful views of the water from every room and just steps from the beach. We loved sitting on the porch and enjoying the beach view. The home was just what we needed. The queen bed was very comfortable which was a huge bonus! We couldn’t have asked for a better visit and would book here again next year! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Katie Ann’s property was exactly as pictured and described. We had some trouble with parking warnings from the facility, but Katie Ann contacted the property and took care of it within minutes. About a 20 minute or so walk to The Hangout, so it is centrally located. We were super comfortable fitting 4 people here! Would stay again!!!

I cannot say enough about how great this location is. Beach view is amazing, just steps away from the part of the beach that was not swamped with people. It is close to all restaurants and activities. Everything was as advertised in the unit. Check in and check out was flawless and hostess was amazing and responsive. Great stay over all for my family.

Several family members booked condos at Sunchase during spring break. Our unit became the gathering place for hanging out. They commented that we had the best unit with the absolutely best gulf views. It was beyond our expectation.

We loved the location of this condo, great beach views and parking was so close that we could just load and unload beach stuff each day. Everything about our stay at Sunchase 201 was perfect. Katie was wonderful to communicate with and we felt very comfortable with her as our host. She really was great! The condo was clean and perfect for my husband and myself. It was equipped with everything we needed. The view was amazing. I miss sitting out on the balcony already. It was close to town. We had our own parking space underneath the complex and had no issues getting in and out. It was just a wonderful three weeks there. I would rent again from Katie in a heartbeat!

The condo itself was very nice - clean, practically new stainless appliances, furnishings, etc. But the really outstanding factors are more in the location including: 1) and amazing panoramic view of the Gulf - a far better view than any condo we have previously rented, and 2) a laid back, uncrowded and relaxing setting. I can't think of any beach area with quite as much serenity. Our realization just after we arrived and with an amazing sunset, was that the deck was the place we wanted to be. IT was our real destination, and we simply did not need to do much in the way of sightseeing - "we were already there." Even the traffic was quite minimal. Also Katie was very responsive to any questions/needs that we had.

We went in late September (considered off season) but the weather was perfect for our toddler and 4 month old. We were afraid the hurricane would make us cancel but it worked out. Because it was off season we got a great price. It was very convenient to be right on the beach with two small children. My kid loved her “new home”. It was clean, nice, and accommodating. It does not have a tub-which may be difficult for bathing little ones but it worked out fine. Also (just like every rental) take time to go through all cabinets and drawers. All cabinets here were clear of chemicals/cleaners! Thanks! We did have to move around some knives etc but that is our responsibility as parents. The sliding door was pretty heavy so Our child could not open it. The front door had an upward turn mechanism so she could not figure it out as well. However we did bring a removable child lock strap just in case. We also brought removable chimed security boxes ($20ish bucks) in case she did open it while we were asleep and for security purposes. Our baby slept in a small bassinet. You may be able to fit a pack n play in master but I believe the bed moves so you could push it over a little if it would not fit. There are some stairs to get to the unit and no elevators but this was not an issue for our family. Upstairs neighbors were quiet (though I’m sure if it’s rental tenants could change). The balcony is shared (which we knew) so keep in mind people could walk past sliding door but I think it is just one other unit on that side and it did not happen often. There are also heavy duty privacy curtains there. It did not keep us from enjoying the balcony. Just keep eye on little ones because around the corner it leads to stairs and other units. It was a convenient location as well close to many shops and food. We pay for W grocery delivery and they delivered to us here.. even adult beverages which our city does not allow. Stay here you won’t regret it! We will definitely be back if the price remains the same next year!
