Clean, comfortable, breakfast included. The staff was very helpful too
25€ for the dog - they don't distinguish what kind of dog you have. We have a 3kg dog which doesn't shed at all, so the cleaning is much easier than after a big dog that loses a lot of hair, but we still pay the same cleaning fee

Nice place (very close to the underground), nice staff (at the reception at the breakfast), nice room, working internet and deli breakfast ... I will be back ... for sure! Maybe it could be a little bit louder - if there's an event in the City-Hall just right next door ... but there wasn't any during our stay!
The weather - but I would not blame the hotel for this!

Location for the car drivers (easy to find and very near Nürnberg)
Some of the staff were friendly and kind (the German lady at reception and the cleaning lady)
The utilities in the room were clean and useful
The bed was comfortable.
Furniture was chic.
Breakfast was ok, but could be better. The staff in the breakfast area was very friendly and kind. Big thanks to them!
-There was an Asian lady at reception. She was vulgar and unfriendly.
-You need to pay 15 euros per night for parking. And an extra if you want to leave the parking garage during the day. This is ridiculous. If I pay for one day, I should have the opportunity to leave and come back as many times I want. This is how it is in most hotels. I saw only them charging you if you want to go out and come back. Very inconvenient.
-There are not enough restaurants near the hotel. Central location, but not great.
- Breakfast could offer more options.
