The host was very welcoming and friendly. The room looked great - simple but stylish.Our first thought was that this place is a little gem and that we'd love to stay there many more times. We loved the bathroom with the glass wall, especially the spacious shower that was a real pleasure to use. We appreciated some details like good quality towels, a kettle, and some tea and coffee. The location is excellent, 6 min from the airport, but very calm and silent at night.
Everything was perfect until bedtime.
The mattresses were hard and uncomfortable (we could feel the springs), the covers were too thin, which we didn't think was a problem, initially, because the central heating did a great job. However, we woke up in the middle of the night, shivering, only to realise that the heating had been turned off (we haven't been told that would happen at any point). We turned on the AC on heating mode, and that helped, but it was very noisy.
