About this house rental
The Trails Retreat is a calming place for you to reset and relax. Found on a private street, you get all the sights and sounds of nature. Take it all in while enjoying the hot tub or rocking chairs on the front porch. Our 1800's log cabin features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The king-suite features 4 windows with a view of Cantwell State Forest, which borders this property. Across the hall in the 2nd bedroom you will find a twin over full bunk bed. The final room sleeps 2 in a cozy queen bed.

Perfect location. Very quiet. Appreciated the heads-up about the bugs, however, felt like that was an excuse as to why there were SO many dead bugs around inside (rather than just cleaning them up).Would suggest better curtains in upstairs bedroom facing driveway, as outdoor light is BRIGHT. Sinks also had drainage issue but communication with the host about this during our stay was appreciated.

Pictures don't do this one justice-lots of space, natural light in the master bedroom & dining area, peace and quiet! There are a few residents along the road but the cabin is still far enough away that you can enjoy your time outside. Loved the sunsets from the hot tub and rocking on the front porch-although the robin who built her nest just outside the front door wasn't too thrilled with us :-) Plenty of room for everyone and we loved the rustic/modern build of the cabin. Would definitely stay here again!!
