If you are ISO a peaceful home in an established neighborhood with an acre of wilderness and tranquility close to shopping, hospitals, schools, easy commute anywhere you've found home for now! We are happy to accommodate your family and approved pets! This recently updated 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath 1947 home is well established in the lovely neighborhood of Brookfield Village. Walking distance to dining and shopping, a quick drive to anywhere in the Milwaukee area with easy access to the highway. Our home was designed for travelers by travelers, from start to finish everything was put in place for your comfort. As you enter, either through the freshly finished 1 car garage space or the sun room where you can kick off your shoes and coats and plug in your EV vehicle, you will feel a sense of relaxation along with excitement to explore this large home. You'll flow into the cozy kitchen with a gas 2 oven stove, and stainless appliances which welcomes you to cook any meal! On the main level there is a half bath, 2 spacious living rooms each with a 65" TV and fireplace, accompanied by a large dining area that seats 10 comfortably. A pingpong/airhockey table, games and books are waiting to enhance cozy nights in. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms, each with their own 55" TV. The primary room has a king size bed with connecting bath. Additionally, 3 more bedrooms; 2 queen size bedrooms and 1 with a queen and pull-out futon; a shared bathroom with shower/tub ties together the original part of this home. Outside, you'll surely enjoy the open space large yard. Be sure to watch out for our daily dose of wildlife who we share natural space with... Some games, an outdoor dining table and gas grill & fire table make for exceptional nights under the stars! Attached 1 car garage and large driveway allows for ample parking. We are confident that you will love staying here, we have been utilizing VRBO for decades as travelers and it is our pleasure to host. We have an on-call property manager who is there for you if there's anything we're missing. Our home is located in a quiet family neighborhood so please respect our home and neighbors, while building wonderful memories~ enjoy:) SLEEPING CONFIGURATION: 1(one) king, 2(two) queen, 1(one) queen plus 1(one) full futon. 1(one) full pullout sofa living room. Available: pack and play crib, high chair and stool. Rental Agreement/Booking: A rental agreement will be sent to you after your booking has been reviewed. Your booking can be cancelled at any time due to non- payment, dates overlapping with another guest that were not listed on VRBO's calendar or if the Rental Agreement and Broker Disclosure forms that will be sent to you have not been signed. Signed agreements must be signed no later than 72 hours after they have been sent. PLEASE READ: Cancellation/Refund Policy: Bookings cancellation policy will receive the following amounts back: -30 days before your stay/ 100% Refund. -14-30 days before your stay/ 50% Refund. -13 days or less before you stay/ NO lRefund. The property was as described. Great place with kids as there were many amenities for kids and a great backyard and patio. Host responded quickly and there were a lot of nice extras in the rental. Would highly recommend!

We are 1st time VRBO clients. This home exceeded our expectations. We traveled for the first time with our son, daughter-in-law and 18 month old grandson. The only this home was missing was household staff! Anything you might have needed was provided. Coffee packets, raw sugar, sugar substitute, cooking spices, storage bags, cleaning supplies, infant to adult toys and games for inside or outside use. The air hockey game and full-size inside child's playhouse were totally unexpected and provided exquisite family time. The property location was residential but close to any and all shopping, restaurants, parks and travel corridors. Outdoor we reveled in the huge treed property. The patio was beautifully paved and included classy outdoor furniture, gas grill and gas fire pit. With cool mornings and warm afternoons, we spent many uninterrupted hours enjoying the property. One morning I counted 25 robins in the back yard. Another morning a Mama and Papa turkey traveled across the yard with more than 20 chicks. Morning and evening brought a stag, doe and 2 fawns traversed the backyard. What a precious gem.

Harley Davidsons 120th Celebration, House was clean, spacious, Bedrooms were large and accommodating, Plenty of Showers and Bathrooms for everyone to use at one time. No issues with hot water or pressure, Televisions in every bedroom and living area. Very nice back yard with paver patio, gas grill, table, chairs and fire feature. Garage to fit 5 motorcycles, laundry area to stay nice and clean. I hope to rent this home again for the next Harley Davidson event, about a 20 minute ride to everything and close to some great food, drink and shopping!!! The neighborhood is amazing, quiet and beautiful wild life walking and flying in the back yard, we spent every evening talking and enjoying the peace and quiet, we also played the organ a little as well. Thank you for maintaining and offering such a nice place to stay, it felt like home!!!! Stay Safe and see you Soon!

We can for a visit for family. Amazing place, loved the space, updated appliances, couch in living room, and game options. Very pet friendly and well cared for. Loved the master bedroom and king bed and other rooms all had queens. Very clear rules and gorgeous yard.

Enjoyed our stay tremendously. We had a party of 9 including adults and children. The home has character, it’s well kept, and the host provided an exceptional welcome packet.

We had our family elders stay in the home primarily and they loved it and all our younger family members came over for food and fun. Nice big yard, bedrooms were awesome as well as bathrooms. Kitchen was a little small for us but overall an amazing house. Keep in mind that all bedrooms are on the second floor so not handicap accessible.
