The staff at the restaurant was very good. Especially the person named Hana-san. She was very friendly and kind. Also the flexibility in late check out was really appreciative.
The room was not ready at 3 pm. It seems that the hotel was a bit understaffed.

Very convenient location to amenities and accessible to transportation
Check-inStaff should be better trained to ensure booking details are correct.
Breakfast options can be better. Food is mediocre.
Restaurant seems a tad too small to handle a fuller crowd and staff seem unable to manage.
