All the staff were genuinely kind and welcoming, which meant a lot to us. We often return to Japan with our daughter to visit family, so we hope for a warm, heartfelt stay rather than service that feels commercial or artificial.
Having stayed at Oakwood for over a year, we are used to a high standard of cleanliness, so naturally I noticed the difference. The room did not feel as crisp and fresh as expected, and the balcony was dusty. I hope more attention can be given to detailed cleaning between stays.

Vista spettacolare, posizione ottima, camere pulitissime e dotate di ogni comfort.
Possibilità di parcheggio
Non c’è una indicazione che faccia capire che il parcheggio dello stabile (di più di 50 piani) possa essere utilizzato anche da chi soggiorna in hotel.

清潔感がありました。
ロケーションが抜群によかったです。
シャワールームが、広くて、浴槽もありよかったです。
街中なので、動きやすかったです。
キッチンがあり、ちょっとしたものを作るのに便利でした！
子供がいましたので、子供用の寝具があるとよかったです。 トイレとシャワールームは、別々の方が使いやすかったです。
