The property was easy to find and the staff were very kind and provided us with amenities.
None. We did had a hard time understanding some instructions but everything else was easy.

The beach is right across the highway. There is a long paved beach walk. The beach has been impacted apparently by erosion. Sand is dark gray and no plant/animal life. Did not even see any shorebirds.
The location is right on the highway running along the beach. Traffic noise is not too bad but on the weekend there is a Japanese motorcycle group with very loud bikes all day and into the night time hours. Super annoying.
