Great location—only about 4 minutes from the station! The customer service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable, updated, and surprisingly spacious. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel!

The staff was great, very welcoming! The location was amazing, really close to the train station and easy to walk to with our luggage and there were places to eat and see all around because it was so central. The breakfast was traditional and delicious and the room and amenities were fantastic, I would definitely stay were again.

Kamakura Hotel was right by the train station for both incoming from Tokyo and the Enoden train line and next to the main shopping street - but it was just removed enough to be quiet. The rooms we booked had super comfortable beds with a big bath and a balcony. But what stood out with this hotel was the amazing staff. From our incredible welcome to the way the staff greeted us as we arrived and left the hotel during our stay, and the bar staff as well as the included breakfast and how it was served - this was 5 star service and made us feel very welcome. The hotel is modern but has a traditional Japanese ryokan feeling about it. Truly a wonderful experience.
