Tosei Hotel Cocone is a lovely establishment, cosy warm and traditional with a modern element.
Great staff, most welcoming and helpful.
Excellent location, walking distance to Kotoko In and other sights. Plus a beach if you are a seasoned surfer!
That breakfast wasn't part of the deal.
And there was tiny housekeeping issues, damp shower curtain which was smelly and some stray hairs.
