Lower your expectations

The swimming pool.. HOWEVER it was not heated despite it being advertised as so also with no cover.

Everything is either terribly cheap and needs repairing and updating. Ripped bedsheets, stained outdoor cushions, the towels provided were ancient, frayed and grotty. The whole place is all over grubby. Lots of wear and tear everywhere with some barely functioning items...yet the nerve to ask for a damage deposit. 2 bathrooms with 1 toilet roll in each one for the week. No access to the drive for the car. Super noisy/ smelly dual carriageway 50 feet away that adds to the overall lack of comfort. Netflix and Prime if you have an account to sign in to and pay for yourself. No comfort No luxury at all. Villa Plus never again. All about the profit and not the customer care or customer experience.
