Nothing like staying on a large quiet acreage so close to so many things.
Newly renovated, new floors and new paint.
4 Bedroom, entire lower floor 1600 sq ft, on a beautiful open acreage. Large windows. Eight guests only please.
There is a $50 pet fee and we ask they are never left alone and not on our furniture or beds.

Only 3 min from Walmart, Costco, Tim's, Starbucks, A&W, Subway, Opa, KFC, Pizza, Edo, gas stations, car wash, grocery stores and numerous restaurants
Fully furnished - large full kitchen, stove etc. See the list of amenities including Barbecue, Kuerig, drip coffee, air frier, microwave, huge pantry.
Our well water is soft water which we love. We have recently installed a new water treatment system and reverse osmosis for drinking water. My wife and I live upstairs, quiet grand parents. Quick to help if you need anything. We don’t have to meet you if you prefer.

We had 4 adults and we each had a bedroom to ourselves! Rare find! We shared 2 bathrooms, and that worked well. We made several meals with no problems. (Brought our own food). Some spices left in the cupboard which helped, too. We enjoyed some evening programs through Prime video! And had great sleeps! Hope you like the sound of trains! We did!

Very nice place with room to accomodate a larger group. The hosts were excellent, providing lots of communication and ensuring that my group had everything to enjoy our stay.

I guess I have learned a lesson! On TV commercials VRBO advertise that you get the entire property. Had I read the listing closer I would’ve realized that we had the bottom of the home, which was fine but unexpected. I was very disappointed every night when two or three times a night the train went by and honked their horn! The linens were not as I expected but were adequate. Our hosts were nice.
