This home also features an inviting living area with windows on three sides, a queen-size sofa bed, an electric fireplace to help set the mood, and a TV for streaming your favorite channels. Additional features and amenities found at this home include a desk and chair with a monitor and printer in the bedroom for remote work or schooling, complimentary high-speed internet access, and a washer/dryer to help you stay on top of your laundry during your visit. THINGS TO KNOW Streaming TV services require guest accounts to access. Please note that there is a long flight of stairs from the driveway up to the front door. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Security camera details: There are cameras overseeing the porch and driveway Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. We arived late on a Friday night and we're a bit confused on the driveway. The nice neighborshowed us and the keybox location. It was very clean and cozy. I live in Bellingham born and raised here. I love Birch Bay. It's my serinity. I enjoy and need these 2 day getaways for me and my fiancee as we have 4 teenagers at home. That weekend was the 1yr of my dad passing. I really needed time away. Thank you for providing us with that excellent place to stay it was absolutely perfect. And I will be booking with you in the future. Thanks!!

We loved having breakfast on the deck watching the sea. So pretty for sunrise. The bed is surprisingly comfy for two people.
