Silverbeach House was just lovely. A beautiful home opposite the beach in a great location. It was easy to access and really a wonderful and comfortable place to stay with family. We loved it and had a ball. Wish we could have stayed longer actually. The host was nice and easily contactable.
The only thing I would say is that because it has such lovely furniture and accessories, there a lot of rules which can be a bit cumbersome to adhere to while on holiday. I can understand the reasoning for them, but perhaps some of the nick knacks might be best put away so the pressure is not so intense. For the price of stay, some beach towels might have been handy, and less cleaning for us, taking bins out etc.. (this should be included in the price).
Other than that, the house is really wonderful, aesthetically and comfort wise.

The seaview cleanliness and nice furniture and decorations and cutlery.
The pillows a bit too soft and would be nice to have a small shower outside in garden to clean up sands.

Beautifully decorated, spacious four bedroom apartment with a big deck to enjoy the view over Botany Bay towards the Sydney skyline. Ducted air conditioning, high quality crockery, and surprisingly quiet despite the location near the airport.
We couldn't find fault with anything
