Located in Loughman, this charming villa for $152 per night is a great choice for your next trip. With more than 300 days of sunshine a year, Florida is truly the Sunshine State. From December to April, temperatures are pleasant in Florida, averaging between 18°C and 24°C (64°F and 75°F) and little rain. It is then high season. It is noticeably busier at Christmas and Spring Break (2 weeks in March). June, July and August can be sweltering with a chance of a heavy thunderstorm. The attractive “Villa Dutchess” can be found in the quiet community of Oakpoint in Davenport. “Villa Dutchess” is on one floor and built in traditional American style. The interior is tasteful and exudes a modern atmosphere in which it is not only pleasant but also comfortable to stay. From the house you reach the pool deck via the lanai, where the heated swimming pool is located. Around the pool deck is a cage with mosquito netting that protects you from insects. Because it can be quite cool in the evenings in the period September - March, we recommend "pool heating". The costs are $20 per day. If you want "pool heating", you can indicate this directly with your booking request. You can also decide on the spot whether you still want it. Please take into account a warm-up time of 48 hours. With your unique door code you have access to “Villa Dutchess” and you enter the spacious living room through the entrance. From there you have access to three bedrooms (2 x 1 king size and 1 x 2 twin size beds), two bathrooms, the spacious kitchen with modern appliances, a separate laundry room with washing machine & dryer and the indoor garage. There is a spacious driveway next to the house with space for three cars. Naturally, telephone, cable TV (in all bedrooms), WiFi and security are provided. A spacious sheltered garden at the rear borders directly on a protected nature reserve. There are two fold-out cots and two high chairs for the little ones. “Villa Dutchess” meets the safety requirements that the State of Florida has set for holiday accommodations. The owners are participants in Duke Energy's "Residential Clean Energy Connection Program". "Villa Dutchess" receives solar energy generated in solar parks in Florida. From Orlando International Airport (MCO) it is approximately a 30 minute drive to "Villa Dutchess". The Central Florida Attractions (Disney Parks, Seaworld & Universal Studios etc.) are approximately a 15-20 minute drive away. A 5-minute drive from "Villa Dutchess" are shopping centers including well-stocked Publix supermarkets and various other shops and facilities, such as a gym, hairdresser, nail salon, liquor store and take aways. There is a sufficient selection of restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The on-site property management is carried out by Florida Spirit Vacation Homes, a professional organization that you as a guest can rely on when necessary during your stay. Cleaning around each rental period, weekly inspection and maintenance of the swimming pool, and troubleshooting are taken care of. The rental includes the supply of a complete linen package, kitchen towels and (bath) towels. Before each rental period, in addition to regular cleaning, a prescribed preventive disinfection is also carried out, which is aimed at preventing the spread of the COVID-19 virus. The cleaners who perform this task are certified for this purpose. The above is in accordance with the preventive measures prescribed by the authorities of the state of Florida. The house was so cute and exactly what we needed for the week. We visited Universal, Disney and took an air boat ride. The house is close enough to everything without being in a congested area. We loved relaxing in the pool and grilling dinner too

Older property that is nicely decorated, light switches not working correctly have to use lamps, so it can be quite dark in the house. Only 2 of us staying on this visit so only used main bedroom, bed very comfortable, shower tap was stuck when we arrived but after contact with owner we managed to free it up and it was then fine to use. Owner was excellent at communicating, rental company was a little hit and miss with their notifications and updates. Neighbourhood is very quiet and in a nice area, not far from Disney.

We have been renting villas in Florida for 27 years and by far this one is the best. I’m already looking for a villa for next year and haven’t found anywhere that compares to this one. It was immaculately clean. Was slightly worried about the carpet before we came as they can be stained and worn. Needn’t have worried it was like new ! The villa is obviously well cared for by the owners and we loved the outside area. All sorts of wildlife pass by we saw rabbits a raccoon a possum and 3 large birds that came by daily. We had the best 3 weeks here and look forward to returning !

Our stay at Villa Dutchess was fantastic. Great property, good quiet location but only 20-30 mins drive from most parks. Supermarkets near by. Beds super comfy (not always the case in holiday rentals), tasteful interior and well equipped. The true test is when you are faced with an issue - the property management were responsive and quick to rectify with no inconvenience to our stay. Owners super helpful with information regarding hurricane. Would highly recommend.

Villa Dutchess had pleased us so well before that we came back this year. Again, we had a fantastic time.
As soon as you step inside, you have the feeling of being at home. Villa Dutchess is well maintained, tastefully decorated, fully equipped and not to mention a lovely pool. The villa is located in a quiet neighborhood and convenient to shopping and dining. Also the various parks are easily accessible by car.
Contact with the owners Alice and Frans is very smooth.
We will definitely come back here for a third time.

What a wonderful house, pool, and location! I booked this house for my family for a trip to go to Disney, Universal, and to visit with friends who live in the area. It was close to the parks and to stores and restaurants, which was perfect. The entire house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was clean and had every kitchen tool and more that you might need during your stay; I was very impressed. We loved the pool, and my kids had a great time swimming on days we spent at the house and in the evenings after going to the parks. We especially loved the outdoor area where we cooked on the grill and ate dinners outside (we are from colder weather, so we enjoyed every minute in the warm weather!). The posted pictures of the house and pool look exactly like the house in person.
My family is asking when we can visit this house again in the future, and we would definitely go back again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Overall love the home. The only compliant I have is the cleaning staff didn’t clean well, there was coffee grounds left from previous renter. Crumbs on the counter, bedding had snot on it, & the toilet seat was broken. The owners were quick to respond. The property management never called us back. The house is a great get away! The pool was warm. The kitchen was stocked to be able to cook. I would still choose to stay here again, you can see the owners have put a lot of care in this rental.

We have been staying at rental villas once a year for over 20 years and this has been the best by far. It had everything we needed, was very clean. The beds were so comfortable and BIG! We especially enjoyed the swimming pool. We had it heated even though we probably didn't have to. We enjoyed stepping in and feeling it warm. The lanai was fabulous, large table to eat from, play games, or just listen to some music, not loud.
We plan to return if we are able, next year. Thank you for providing such a wonderful home to stay in.

This house was perfect! It had everything we needed. The house was spotless , classy and roomy. We thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool. It was in a quiet neighborhood close to groceries and about 25 min to all the stuff in Kissimmee. The owners were lovely to work with. They answered questions promptly and gave us all the information we needed for the house. They are very organized. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Florida.

I really can't express how perfect Villa Dutchess was for our stay in Davenport.
Alice and Frans have created the ideal home away from home, it is beautifully furnished and styled, the interior is as good as you'll see in Florida and all the little touches have been thought of.
The pool is gorgeous and warm, even in low 20s weather in December, the kids didn't want to get out. The facilities are ideal, it is spotlessly clean, the location is amazing, the neighbours are lovely and Alice and Frans are very fast to respond at all times to check everything is fine.
It is a fortnight, that as a family we will never forget, it was our dream holiday, and this property more than delivered - we have made memories for a lifetime. We all just hope we can return one day to Villa Dutchess in the future.

We just returned from our week stay. Wonderful house with lots of room and storage. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. We used the pool quite often and enjoyed the patio area. Close drive to all Disney parks and local stores. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

This was my first time booking a rental home and I was a little nervous about the experience. I am so glad that we chose this home. The house is beautiful and clean. It has everything you need to make you feel like you are in your own home. The owners are very nice and good at communicating. The patio with the pool was out favorite place in the home. The beds are comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet. There is a lot of construction in the area and it’s about a 45 minute drive from universal studios because of the traffic. Disney parks are like 15 minutes away. There are a lot of stores and restaurants near by, which was very convenient. I absolutely loved this home and would absolutely return.

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely home, which was beautifully kept and had just about everything to suit our needs. Location is about 45 min from airport and 30 min from Disney parks, depending on traffic. A Publix supermarket is close by; Target and a few other stores + fast food places around 7 miles away. Otherwise not much in the immediate vicinity, which was fine with us, as we enjoyed the pool too much to bother :-) The only thing we found missing was a barbeque grill, which we would have enjoyed having. There is the option to rent one; however ours never showed up, possibly due to logistics challenges following the hurricane which immediately preceded our visit. However, we found Frans and Alice very helpful and assisting in making our stay the best possible, and we can warmly recommend this holiday home. We would love to return! :-)

We had a fantastic stay at Alice's villa! The villa was just as described with everything we needed for a fortnight's stay. The villa is well located in a quiet residential area and was great to relax in after busy days at the parks or exploring the Orlando area. Communication with Alice was excellent. When we had an issue with the air conditioning the property management team arranged to have it fixed immediately. If we return to Florida we would definitely book again!

Modern, clean and fantastic property in a great location
We recently stayed at the Villa Duchess for our honeymoon vacation to Florida. We fell in love with the villa as soon as we walked inside and the listing online was very accurate in its description and images.
We wanted a villa that was modern, tasteful, comfortable and in a great location for our trip, and the Villa Duchess was all of these things and more.
The property was spotlessly clean when we arrived, and had all of the modern conveniences you need for a two - three week holiday. It is clear to see that the owners have really spent time and love modernising and looking after this villa and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a cosy place to stay in close proximity to all of the major theme parks and access routes in central Florida. Thank you again for letting us stay in your gorgeous property, it really made our honeymoon!

I spoke to the hosts of the property to see if they would accommodate a last minute day early check in. They immediately responded and managed to get the cleaners in a day early and allowed us to access the property a day early. After such a disappointment in Miami this was incredible and gave me such relief that we had a place to stay. On arrival it was very clean and tidy throughout, the instructions were clear and the extras such as cooking equipment and amenities were perfect. The neighbourhood is quiet and the pool was a lovley touch. Beds were comfy and the temperature of the villa was perfectly controlled. My family also agreed this was a lovley stay. The hosts were brilliant, I would highly recommend this property to anybody visiting Orlando. You do need a vehicle and although it can seem far out it’s not when you consider the size and the multiple attractions you can get to. Overall excellent!
