House was perfect for our family of 5... enough space/ rooms/ beds for us all to still get along after a week. Balcony was lovely... cushions provided for chairs and plenty pegs for hanging out the washing. Great location- perfect for old town, beaches and close to shops and bars. Full kitchen facilities and a washing machine... lots of wee bits and bobs in so we didnt need to go out and buy- like salt, cling film etc. Good tv with some english channels on, plenty storage....Plenty ice cube trays in the freezer. Air con was a god send. Staff were great and friendly, communication beforehand was perfect... organised us airport transfers both ways too. Would 100% recommend... and we would definately return.
All shops were closed when we arrived due to croatian bank holiday....so had to wait till next day to get to a shop for a cuppa. (Milk in the fridge for arrival would always be an excellent bonus for me- only ever had it once though!)
The balcony comes off the single bedroom- wasn't a problem for us as our teenage boy sleeps like a log but may be a problem for some.
Stairs are steep and a bit slippy (glossy)- may be a problem for little kids.
Biting beasties on the balcony- take some jungle formula if going in the hot months! (Saw a giant cricket/locust/grasshopper thing out there too!)

The location is excellent
The unit is split over three levels, so be prepared to climb a lot of stairs. The Bathroom is on the Ground floor, and you have to walk through the kitchen to access it. The Ground floor lounge is very dark and we battled to open the windows and shutters to get more light in. The seond bedroom did not have AC. We arrived by car, and could have received better information as to how to reach the apartment and where would be the closest point to drop off our luggage.
